Heather Berry is a freelance writer & owner of Breathe in Joshua Tree California, where she teaches biofeedback breath-training. After studying Psychology & Literature at University of Maryland, she decided to pursue her love of mind/body healing modalities. In 2011 Heather completed Biofeedback training & mentoring through Biofeedback Certification International Alliance (BCIA), and studied mindfulness at Mindful Schools. Heather hopes to help people manage stress and improve well being through mindfulness, gratitude, spirituality, & positive thinking.
